- If you see an error message when uploading your video, make sure you are using a recent version of the web browser you are using. If you still see an error message send an email to MyMedia@library.utoronto.ca to investigate the issue.
- If your video is not displaying properly (no sound, no image, etc.), check it in a different browser to ensure it's not a browser issue.
If the problem persists in other browsers, it may not have been processed correctly, possibly due to a codec or video recording software that MyMedia’s encoder cannot recogize. More details about encoding and file format can be found on the MyMedia Help page.
