When you got your TCard, you should have received a sheet with your Secret Activation Key (SAK) on it. If you lost this sheet, did not get it, or the SAK is not working, come to the Information Commons Help Desk on the first floor of Robarts Library during our hours of service so our staff can reset it. Bring your TCard with you when you come.

If you are based at UTM, you can go to the UTM Computing Services Help Desk. Remember to bring your photo ID.

If you are based at Scarborough, you have two choices; you can go to the Registrar's office to get the original or you can go to the UTSC Help Desk . See their contact information and hours of service . Remember to bring your photo ID.
