UTmail+: troubleshooting login problems

If you are having problems accessing your UTmail+ account, try the following:

  1. Go to https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca/
  2. Click on the "verify" link (lower left of screen)
  3. Log in with your UTORid and password. 
  4. After about 15 minutes you should be able to log into UTmail+

If you are still having trouble logging into UTmail+ on the web, try Clearing Browser Cookies. If you do not want to clear your cookies you can open an "incognito window" (Chrome) or "private window" (Firefox), select "private browsing" in Safari and Internet Explorer.

If you are still having trouble accessing UTmail+ from the email application on your desktop or mobile device, try restarting the device.
