Windows Mail not showing all messages


If you cannot see all your messages in a particular folder, please try the following:

  1. In the left-hand column, select the folder to which you wish to apply this option.
  2. Select Current View from the View menu.
  3. Ensure that the Show All Messages option is selected. This is indicated by a dot next to the option. 
Please note that Show All Messages is an option that is selected by default.  You will need to apply the above steps for each folder. Tags: UTORmail
