If you are not able to see all your folders, you may need to subscribe to them.
- Select Subscribe from the File menu.
- If you are only using UTORmail, the correct Account should already be selected. Otherwise you will need to select your UTORmail account from the Account menu.
- Under Select the folders to subscribe to locate any folder(s) which does not have a check mark.
- Double-click on the folder so that the check mark appears.
- Click the Subscribe button.
- When all folders have a check mark, click OK.
