Outlook may not startup with your UTORmail INBOX folder. To change this behaviour:
- Select Options from the Tools menu.
- In the Options window click the Other tab.
- Under General, click the Advanced Options button.
- In the Advanced Options window, under General Settings, next to Startup in this folder: click the Browse button.
- Scroll down to your UTORmail account, and click on the plus sign to its left. This will reveal all your folders.
- Click on the INBOX folder and click OK.
- Click OK in the Advanced Options window.
- Click OK in the Options window.
