Webmail: How to add or remove a contact from a Contact List


If you have created a Contact List to email a specific group of people, you may want to modify the list from time to time.

  1. Click Address Book.
  2. Click Browse.

To Add a contact to a Contact List

  1. Click on the box next the contact's name so that it has a check mark.
  2. Select the contact list from the to a Contact List menu.
  3. Click on Add.

To Delete a contact from a Contact List

  1. Click Show Lists.
  2. Click on the appropriate Contact List name.
  3. Click on the box next the contact's name so that it has a check mark.
  4. Click Remove from this list.
  5. Click OK in the confirmation window.
