- Click the Options button
- Click the Filters link under Other Options in the right column.
- Under Filter Options, select the filters you wish to use:
- Apply filter rules upon logging on
- Apply filter rules whenever INBOX is displayed
- Allow filter rules to be applied in any mailbox
From this point on, every time you log into your webmail or go into a mail folder, the filters will be automatically applied to organize your emails. This process is retroactive, which means emails that you have received in the past which fit the filtering criteria will be filtered as well.Tags: UTORmail
