Adding, editing and removing signature in OWA Premium & Light


Adding/Changing your Signature in OWA

  1. In order to change your signature start by logging into your UTORexchange through the Outlook Web App at https://owa.utoronto.ca.
  2. In the top right corner of your screen select Options, then See All Options..
  3. Select Settings on the right side bar and then Mail.
  4. Under Email Signature type your signature into the field.
  5. Select Automatically include my signature on messages I send if you want your signature to be included on all messages without your email prompting you.
  6. Click Save in the bottom right corner in order to save the changes you have made.
  7. Try sending a test email to confirm that your signature is appearing.

Outlook Web App Light (Low/Light and Blind version)

  1. In order to change your signature start by logging into your UTORexchange through the Outlook Web App at https://owa.utoronto.ca.
  2. Select Options in the top right screen.
  3. From the Options page select Messaging, then under E-Mail Signature type your signature.
  4. Click Save to ensure that your signature is saved.
  5. Try sending a test email to confirm that your signature is appearing.
