Auto Reply in OWA

  1. Log in to OWA, anc click Options then choose See All Options.
  2. Click Organize E-Mail, and choose Automatic Replies.
  3. Select the option Send automatic replies.
  4. Choose a Start time and End time if desired.
  5. If necessary, include a message in the field provided. You can send a different auto-reply message to people outside of the organization if you wish.
  6. Click Save.
