If you have logged into OWA and cannot see all your mail folders, you may have the Blind and low vision experience option enabled.
If you have chosen Blind and low vision experience options, you will be using OWA Light rather than OWA Premium. OWA Light will only display certain folders. Below the list of folders is a link: Click here to view all folders.When you click on that link, a pull-down menu appears which allows you to access your other folders.
You can disable these options if you don't need them
- Login to OWA and click Options, then See all Options.
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then click on General.
- Under Accessibility, if the Use the blind and low vision experience box is checked, uncheck it, click Save and log off.
- Log back into OWA and you should see all your folders.
