Full message headers (called "message details" in OWA) can be useful in diagnosing email problems, determining the origin of a message and other forms of troubleshooting. In the course of assisting with a technical problem, you may be asked to send this information to the Help Desk for further analysis.
- Log into OWA at mail.utoronto.ca.
- Select the message, click on the arrow beside the reply options, and select View message details.
- A Message details window will open. You can select and copy the content from the Message details.
