Opening a shared calendar in Outlook for Windows

  1. Go to Calendar view.
  2. Right-click on Shared Calendars. Go to Add Calendar and select Open Shared Calendar.

  3. In the window that opens, type the name of the person who has shared their calendar with you, or click Name to search the GAL. Click OK.The calendar will appear underneath the Shared Calendars section on the left of the Outlook window.
