Forwarding Email from UTORexchange


Note: with UTORexchange, the forwarding address must end with @utoronto.ca or @toronto.edu. You may not forward a UTORexchange account to an address ending in @alumni.utoronto.ca.

To Add Forwarding:

  1. Go to the UTORid Management page and click on change options.
  2. Enter your UTORid and password.
  3. Click the Authenticate button.
  4. Scroll down until you see the section Regular Mailbox, or Postoffice Forwarded Mailbox.
  5. Make sure there is a dot beside Forwarded Mailbox, then type the email address you wish to forward to.
  6. Scroll down the page until you see submit the modification request and click on the modification button.
 

To Remove Forwarding:

  1. Go to the UTORid Management page and click on change options.
  2. Enter your UTORid and password.
  3. Click the Authenticate button.
  4. Scroll down until you see the section Regular Mailbox, or Postoffice Forwarded Mailbox.
  5. Make sure there is a dot beside Regular Mailbox.
  6. Scroll down the page until you see submit the modification request and click on the modification button.
