Overview of training services


The Information Commons Help Desk does not offer technology training services. However, training is available from other University of Toronto departments.

The Centre for Teaching Support and Innovation (CTSI) offers a range of training services for faculty members which cover a range of topics on teaching, learning and pedagogical issues.

The Organizational Developmental & Learning Center (ODLC) offers a number of computer training courses to UofT faculty and staff  (eg. Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar with Exchange, web authoring).
