Export Contact Lists from Outlook for Windows


If you have contacts or contact lists in your UTORexchange or UTORmail account that are stored on your local computer, they may not migrate to UTmail+ properly. 

To avoid any potential problems, you should export these contacts to a text or CSV file and then reimport them after migration. 

To do this: 

  1. Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

  2. Choose Export to a file, and then click Next.

  3. Choose Comma Separated Values, and click Next.

  4. Choose the contacts you wish to export and then click Next.

  5. Choose a location and name for your backup file, and then click Finish.
