Shared Mailboxes and Out of Office settings


Since Shared Mailboxes will not show up in many of the menus available in Outlook, Out of Office messages for shared mailboxes should be set through OWA.

  1. Log into OWA.
  2. Go to Settings, and search for Automatic Replies.
  3. Click on it and set up all the necessary options.

If you prefer to use Outlook, menus can be made available for the Shared Mailbox by sending a message to help.desk@utoronto.ca  requesting to have Automapping disabled.
