I’m not a student, staff or faculty member at U of T. How do I pay for printing or photocopying?

Guest Cards (previously called Visitor Cards) can be purchased from Guest Card & Cash Loading Stations at Robarts Library and the Gerstein Science Information Centre, or at the service desk at other libraries, for $5. This initial purchase dispenses a guest card with $4.25 on it. Users can load additional funds to the card online or at Guest Card & Cash Loading Stations in minimum increments of $5.

IMPORTANT: After a Guest Card has been dispensed it needs to be swiped at the machine in order for the $4.25 to be loaded. If cards are not swiped on the machine, they will show a $0 balance when trying to print. To correct this problem, email tcardplus@utoronto.ca indicating the last 4 digits of the Guest Card number. The TCard+ team will verify and credit the amount to your TBucks account (M-F, 9 am – 5 pm). In the meantime the card is active and money can be added to it online or using cash at the Guest Card & Cash Loading machine.
