The UTmail+ service is operational following the migration from the US to Canadian data centres.
If you are experiencing any problems with your UTmail+ account, please contact your campus Help Desk and include your UTORid and any error message you see
Setting up Access to your old UTmail+ account
If for whatever reason you require access to your old UTmail+ account in the US, including OneDrive content, it will be available until November 1, 2017. For information on how to set up access to your archived account, please see instructions on accessing your archived UTmail+ account.
