 Walk-in  9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
 Telephone  8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
 

Saturday

Walk-in  11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Telephone  11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
   

Sunday

Walk-In  Closed
Telephone  1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Exceptions to these hours are as follows:

The Help Desk will be closed on:
  • Christmas/New Year –  Monday December 21, 2009 to Friday January 2, 2010 inclusive - Reduced Holiday Service
  • Family Day – Monday February 15, 2010
  • Good Friday –  Friday April 2, 2010
