Exporting contacts from UTORmail to UTmail+


  1. In Webmail, click Address Book.



  2. Click Import/Export.



  3. In the Export Address Book section, leave the export format at Comma separated values, and click Export.



  4. A window may appear asking what you would like to do with the file. Click Save File.



  5. Your UTORmail contacts will now be exported to your download location. They are saved in .csv format.

Importing Contacts to Outlook Web Access

  1. Log into UTmail+ and go to People view.
  2. Click the Settings icon and choose Import contacts.
  3. Click on Browse to locate your CSV file, then click open.

  4. Click next and you will see a process indicator.
  5. You will see a window indicating the process is done.
  6. Click finish.

Your contacts will now be available to you.
