Adding Multiple Subscribers


  1. Create a text file which includes addresses on separate lines. For example:

    email.address1@utoronto.ca
    email.address2@utoronto.ca
    email.address3@hotmail.com
  2. Save the file(s) as plain text.
  3. Log in to https://listserv.utoronto.ca.
  4. Choose your list from Select List.
  5. From the menu at the top of the page, click List Management and choose Subscriber Management.
  6. Go to the Bulk Operations tab.
  7. Beside Input File click Browse.

  8. Find your file and click Open.
  9. You should now see the path line to your file in the Input File field.

  10. Click Import.
  11. At the top of the screen, there will be a response that the addresses have been added.
  12. If you have more than one text file of addresses, repeat this process until all the addresses are added to your list.
